1. Where can I find the daily programme/schedule?
You can view the full programme on the IGOC 2025 app or collect a printed schedule from the Information Desk. Alternatively, navigate to the agenda tab on the Whova app if you have registered for Virtual or Flexi.
2. What time do sessions start and end each day?
Morning sessions are between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM
Afternoon session is between 13:00 PM and 14:30 PM
Evening sessions are between 17:30 PM and 21:00 PM
3. Is there assigned seating?
No. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified for special guests or partners. Priority seating is provided for IGOC partners.
4. Are meals available on-site?
Yes, various food vendors and refreshment stalls are located across the venue. Menus and prices are displayed on-site. Meals are not included in registration unless prebooked.
5. I have heard there are Zones during IGOC this year – what are these and where can I find them?
- The Games Zone – a fun, interactive space designed to help attendees unwind and enjoy light-hearted competition. It features video games (including PlayStation), board games, and team-based challenges suitable for teens, youth, and the young at heart. There are also pre-paid coding classes are available.
- The Chill Out Zone – a quiet, relaxed space designed for attendees to take a break, reflect, connect with others, or simply rest between sessions.
- The Wellness Zone – a place to get your health checked for free; offers stress relief and health-focused sessions like Christian meditation, stretching, breathing exercises, and mental health talks.
- The Kids Zone – a fully supervised, interactive space for children aged 3–11, packed with games, Bible stories, crafts, music, and age-appropriate teaching.
5a. Who can access the Games Zone?
Open to all registered attendees aged 12 and above. Children under 12 must be supervised.5b. Are there any tournaments or prizes in the Games Zone?
Yes! Daily mini tournaments will take place, with winners receiving IGOC-branded rewards and other surprises.5c. What amenities are provided in the Chill-Out Zone? Comfortable seating, ambient music, light refreshments, and device-charging stations.
5d. Is the Chill-Out Zone suitable for networking?
Absolutely! It’s an ideal spot to meet fellow delegates in a more casual, relaxed environment.5e. Is there professional support available in the Wellness Zone?
Yes, licensed professionals and trained Christian counsellors will be available at selected times.5f. Do I need to book a slot in advance in the Wellness Zone?
Some activities are drop-in, but wellness talks and counselling sessions may require pre-registration at the zone’s info desk.
5g. Is pre-registration required for the Kids Zone?
Yes. Parents/guardians must register children at the Kids Zone desk on arrival or online in advance.5h. Who supervises the children in the Kids Zone?
Trained, DBS-checked staff and volunteers are assigned to ensure the safety and engagement of every child.
6. What is the coding class? Where is it located?
Coding classes during IGOC are pre-paid classes taught by experts and located within the Games Zone.
7. What is the IGOC Expo Centre?
The Expo Centre features a range of Christian exhibitors and businesses, including book publishers, ministries, merchandise vendors, mission organisations, and more for you to view or purchase from.
8. Can I exhibit my business or ministry?
Yes! Apply via kicc.org.uk under the IGOC 2025 Exhibitor Registration section.
9. Is there a fee to visit the Expo?
No, access is free to all IGOC attendees.
10. What are the Masterclasses?
These are specialised teaching sessions covering leadership, business, ministry growth, media, personal finance, and more— led by industry experts and anointed speakers.
10a. Who can attend Masterclasses?
A: Open to all registered attendees. Some sessions may have limited seating and require sign-up.
10b. Will there be course materials or certificates?
A: Yes, selected classes provide digital materials, and participants may receive a certificate of attendance.
11. What is Winning Conversations?
A real-talk panel and interview series featuring influential Christian voices discussing faith, culture, leadership, and life challenges.
11a. Are these sessions interactive?
A: Yes! Attendees can participate in live Q&A, panel discussions, and networking opportunities following each session.
11b. Where will Winning Conversations be held?
A: At the Breakout Lounge area within Prayer City—check your conference guide or app for daily schedules
12. Where are the toilets/restrooms?
Toilets are clearly signposted throughout the venue. If you need assistance, ask a steward or visit the Information Desk.
13. I lost something—where is the lost and found?
Lost and found is managed at the Information Desk located near the main entrance. Found items should also be handed in there.
14. Is there a mother and baby room or children’s facility?
Yes. There is a dedicated Mother & Baby Room and supervised Children’s Ministry area. Please ask a steward for directions.
15. Are sessions being recorded?
Yes. All main sessions are professionally recorded. You can purchase or pre-order recordings from the Media Stand or online at www.kicc.org.uk.
16. Can I take photos or record during the sessions?
Personal photography (without flash) is allowed, but no video or livestreaming is permitted during sessions. Please respect the worship environment and copyright rules.
17. How do I give an offering or sow a seed?
Offerings are received during designated sessions. You can also give via the KICC app, website, by card/cash at the Giving Stations or via the IGOC app.
18. Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available for delegates. Network name and password will be displayed on screens and at the Information Desk.
19. Can I make multiple registrations under one name?
Yes, however, you MUST provide the other registrants’ names and email addresses otherwise they will not be able to receive vital information such as registration badges and freebies.
20. What do I do if I didn’t receive any registration confirmation?
Please check that you have given us your most up to date valid email address OR check your junk box OR make sure you have not recently unsubscribed from KICC database. Otherwise, please email admin@kicc.org.uk.
21. If I am unable to attend and had paid for registration, can I cancel or swap with another person?
If you can no longer attend for severe circumstances e.g., medical reasons, please contact admin@kicc.org.uk for any issues or queries. However, in most cases, we do not accommodate for cancelling or swapping with people.
22. Will KICC help me obtain a visa to the UK?
No. However, we can provide you with an invitation letter which you can present to your respective local embassy after registration.
23. How do I secure an accommodation nearby to the IGOC venue?

24. How do I register as a virtual attendee?
Visit here and select any of the ‘Virtual’ registrations.
25. Am I able to change my registration from actual to virtual or vice versa?
Please note that the Virtual and In-Person Tickets are not interchangeable. We advise that you register for the FLEXIPASS – which gives you the options to attend both as a virtual and actual attendee. Visit igoc.org.uk website for more information.
26. Are there crèche facilities for children?
There are ongoing and exciting daytime activities for children (King’s Kids Ages 5- 12yrs) and for teenagers (DAX ages 13 – 18yrs). Press here to pre-register your teens for the DaX conference and here to preregister your children for Kings Kids. We have also introduced many zones including the Kids Zone and Games Zone which will be perfect for children and young people to take part in during break times!
